I have thought of a new region. It is called The Ceatoh Region, and in the start of the game, you recive an Eevee. Gym Leaders:
Terrah; Female; Ground
Ace; Male; Flying
Jetta; Female; Dragon
Derek; Male; Dark
Dana; Female; Rock
Richie; Male; Normal
Barbra; Female; Poison
Also, Tyler (Cynthia's brother), is the champion.
